The decor and interior design concepts of the Grand Azur were taken up during the year 2000 by one of America’s foremost design company NBBJ Co.
In benefiting from the latest in technology, a number of significant innovative steps were taken with every unit, from the hotel’s entrance to the decoration of the rooms from the technical infrastructure to the restaurants and bars.Of all these improvements, the unit which received the most attention was the kitchen.
We can basically say that hotel’s kitchen has been turned into a food laboratory.
The materials used for heating, cooling and hygiene are products of the latest technology, whereas all food and beverages that come out of the kitchen are first put through taste tests that prove their accuracy.
